The London Evening Standard are reporting today that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has thanked some members of the staff already.
The report has claimed that Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte has given his squad time off until the weekend.
Alli – linked with Everton and Newcastle United, according to The London Evening Standard – has ‘thanked some members of staff in the event that a transfer is arranged before he returns to the club’.
Tottenham are reportedly willing to offload the 25-year-old England international midfielder either on loan or on a permanent contract.
Could Dele Alli leave Tottenham in January?
In our view, it does appear likely that Alli will leave Tottenham in the January transfer window.
The former MK Dons midfielder was left out of the Tottenham squad for the Premier league game against Chelsea at the weekend.

Conte does not seem to fancy Alli, who has been struggling at Spurs for a while now.
The Daily Mail reported over weekend that Tottenham expect a bid from Newcastle for Alli if they are unable to sign Jesse Lingard from Manchester United in the final days of the January transfer window.
Alli has made eight starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham so far this season, scoring one goal in the process.
