Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has been sidelined with injury.

Vertonghen has picked up a hamstring problem, which has forced him to sit out of Tottenham’s matches of late.
Vertonghen will also be unable to represent Belgium over the current international break.
And Alderweireld admits that his compatriot is gutted about being sidelined.
He said: “He is devastated he can’t play but will try to come back as quickly as possible.
“If you’re injured it’s always mentally hard. He will get through this and become stronger.”

Alderweireld has been paired with Davinson Sanchez in the heart of Tottenham’s defence, in Vertonghen’s absence.
The pair helped Spurs keep a clean sheet in their final match before the international break, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side picked up a 1-0 win over Cardiff City.
Tottenham return to action in two weekends’ time, when they take on West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Spurs are currently just two points off the top of the Premier League table, despite arguably not being at their best for much of the campaign to date.
