Leeds United are said to be keen on Tottenham Hotspur defender Cameron Carter-Vickers.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen’s comments on Cameron Carter-Vickers should now excite Leeds United supporters.
According to TeamTalk, Leeds are after Carter-Vickers, as they look to bolster their defence.
Leeds look short of options at the back, even though Ben White’s debut performance was hugely impressive.
It is now said that Tottenham centre-back Carter-Vickers could be on their radar.
Spurs youngster Carter-Vickers has been out on loan at Swansea City and Ipswich Town in recent times, with the American international now fairly experienced at Championship level.
And Vertonghen’s comments on the powerful centre-back should encourage Leeds supporters that he could be a cracking addition.

Vertonghen said to ESPN back in 2016: “He’s still young but he’s an absolute beast. He’s a real defender. He’s strong one-on-one, in the air, he’s not afraid and he can play from the back.”
If Carter-Vickers was to join Leeds he would become only the third natural senior centre-back at Bielsa’s disposal.
White and Liam Cooper look to be Leeds’ first choice defensive pairing at this current time, and the duo both got off to an encouraging start on opening day, as the Whites picked up a 3-1 win over Bristol City.
