Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur could offer AS Roma Giovani Lo Celso in an effort to sign Nicolo Zaniolo in the summer transfer window, according to CMW.
The Italian news outlet has reported that Tottenham are interested in signing Zaniolo from AS Roma this summer.
Roma do not need to sell the 23-year-old attacking midfielder and want €50 million (£42.42 million) in transfer fees for him.
CMW have added that Tottenham could offer Argentina international midfielder Lo Celso to the Serie A club in a cash plus player exchange deal for Zaniolo, described as a player who has “incredible potential” by former AS Roma player Zbigniew Boniek in New Sound Radio this month.
Lo Celso is valued at €20 million (£16.97 million) and is also the subject for interest from Italian giants Juventus.

Could Tottenham sign Nicolo Zaniolo in Giovani Lo Celso deal?
In our view, Tottenham Hotspur may not find it easy to tempt AS Roma into selling Nicolo Zaniolo by including Giovani Lo Celso in a deal.
Roma are now managed by Jose Mourinho, who was in charge of Tottenham not so long ago and worked with Lo Celso at Tottenham Hotspur.
If the former Chelsea and Manchester United boss thinks that Zaniolo is a better option than Lo Celso in his team, then he is unlikely to approve a deal.
