Tottenham Hotspur are claimed to be interested in the Turkish striker.

The Mail this week reported Tottenham Hotspur are showing an interest in Turkish striker Cenk Tosun.
Tosun is reported to be valued at £17.5 million, and netted 27 goals to fire Besiktas to the Super Lig title last season.
The striker once netted against Spurs in the Europa League back in 2014, but their chances of landing him are hampered by a familiar problem.
The Harry Kane issue
Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino admitted this summer that it is tough to sign a striker who is happy to play second fiddle to Harry Kane.
Vincent Janssen could not really establish himself last season playing second fiddle, and Tosun is unlikely to want to spend his time on the sidelines.

This is a potentially important year for Tosun, with Turkey still in the mix to qualify for the World Cup.
They are two points off top spot in Group I, behind Croatia and Iceland and are level on points with Ukraine. There is still all to play for and a potential play-off spot on the line too.

If Turkey do qualify then Tosun really cannot afford to switch to Spurs to sit on the bench.
Tottenham signed Fernando Llorente on deadline day which further clouds his prospects if he switches.
Tosun would be a luxury addition, but he would have to sacrifice regular football to make the move.
