Tottenham Hotspur look set to appoint Antonio Conte as their new manager – and he is already looking at potential signings to bring to North London.
Nuno Espirito Santo lost his job as Tottenham boss on Monday, and Spurs have wasted no time in going for Conte.
The Telegraph claim that Tottenham will confirm Conte’s appointment later today.
Tottenham wanted Conte as a replacement for Jose Mourinho over the summer, but it looks to be second time lucky for Spurs.
Conte already wants big signings at Tottenham
As was the case when Fabio Paratici arrived at Tottenham, the Italian media are lapping this move up.
Sport Mediaset in Italy claim that Conte heads to Tottenham with a wish list of players.
Three Inter Milan players are unsurprisingly on the list. Defenders Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni as well as midfielder Marcelo Brozovic are on Conte’s radar.
The trio won the Serie A title with Conte and could be tempted into reunions at Tottenham.
The other San Siro club is also on the list to be raided with Conte keen to bring Franck Kessie to North London.

Branded ‘devastating’ by Antonio Cassano, Kessie is out of contract at the end of the season and could be a bargain if Tottenham can land him.
Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic is unsurprisingly on the list too. The Serbian hitman can’t stop scoring in Serie A, bagging eight goals in 11 games.
Tottenham have been in talks for Vlahovic of late according to Tuttomercatoweb, and Conte would seemingly support that move.
A surprise name on the list is Lazio’s Manuel Lazzari.
Lazzari, 27, fits perfectly as a right-sided wing back for Conte having played there for SPAL and Lazio.
An Italian international who can offer competition for Emerson, Lazzari could be a surprise target for Conte at Tottenham.
