The French international says that is the ‘next step’ for Spurs.
Tottenham Hotspur captain Hugo Lloris has been discussing his hopes at the club.
The Spurs goalie has been speaking to Sport SFR in France this week about his ambitions with Tottenham. The French international captain has continued high hopes of his time at Spurs and believes the club must cement themselves as regular top-four occupiers.
However, he insists that a trophy is his next goal for Tottenham.

He stated:
“Before talking about the title, we must already be installed in the top four.
“But we feel like a more competitive and ambitious club, with a real philosophy.
“There has been a change of mentality (since Pochettino arrived).
“The next step is to win a trophy.”

Tottenham have not won a trophy since the 2008 League Cup. They are already out of that competition this season and were also knocked out of the Champions League.
However, they do still have the FA Cup to play for and are now into the UEFA Europa League – two competitions they will have high hopes of going far in.

Spurs fans continue to be pleased with the management of the ever-popular Mauricio Pochettino however they do crave tangible success.
Last season they came close to winning the Premier League title – but ended up finishing in third position and Tottenham fans are craving another trophy win.
Lloris and co will no doubt give their all to try and put an end to the wait.
