Tottenham and Chelsea played out a 0-0 draw this afternoon.
Tottenham extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to 13 games after a 0-0 home draw with London rivals Chelsea this afternoon.
Spurs went in to the game looking to cement their position as a title candidate, whilst Chelsea were still looking for the result which would bring their season to life.
Ultimately, a 0-0 draw was a fair result but neither Mauricio Pochettino nor Jose Mourinho will be too enthused after a dour 0-0 draw at White Hart Lane earlier today.
It was a game of few clear-cut chances, but Asmir Begovic had to make two smart saves from Son Heung-min as well as a chance for Mousa Dembele.
Meanwhile, Chelsea could have snatched all three points when Eden Hazard drove a superb volley at goal, only for Hugo Lloris to claw the ball around the post.
The game petered out with very few chances late on, leaving both teams to take a point and a valuable clean sheet, after both sides played in Europe in midweek.
The result leaves Tottenham in fifth place, just a point behind rivals Arsenal, whilst Chelsea move up in to 14th place, five points clear of the relegation zone.
