Tottenham Hotspur defender Danny Rose has been linked with Manchester United recently.

Rose aggravated Spurs supporters in the summer, when he suggested that he deserved to be on more money.
Rose appeared to be pushing for a move away, but Tottenham rejected all offers for the full-back.
The England international has not played at all for Tottenham this season due to injury, but he is edging closer to a return now.

Rose was pictured in Tottenham training yesterday and, after a conversation earlier, it seems that the 27-year-old is now firmly back in Pochettino’s thinking.
“This morning we had a conversation, he’s feeling well, he’s starting again to feel happy about his situation, about sharing with the team more time than before,” Pochettino said.
“It’s always important for us to talk, create a good atmosphere for everyone to be a part and feel happy here.
“We’re in that way, to becoming an important part of the team to help himself and help the team. We’re happy with the situation, it’s a completely different situation to the beginning of the season.”

Rose was a key player for Tottenham last term, and offers them pace and power down the left-hand side.
In Rose’s absence, Ben Davies has stepped up well, so there are no guarantees that the returning left-back will earn his place in Pochettino’s line-up back straight away.
