Tottenham Hotspur were beaten 2-1 by Leicester City at the King Power Stadium yesterday.

Llorente was thrown on as a late substitute at the King Power Stadium, and he had a glorious opportunity to get a point for Spurs.
Serge Aurier put in a great cross which Llorente just had to tap in from close range, but the Spaniard blazed his shot over the bar.

In the end the miss proved costly, as Spurs fell to a defeat at the King Power Stadium.
Llorente has now failed to score in his first 15 appearances for Tottenham, with the veteran forward taking a battering from supporters of the North London club.
And Pochettino admits that Llorente’s confidence is low at the moment.
Pochettino said: “For players it’s about building confidence. It’s true that it was so clear the chance. He feels bad. We feel bad because it was a chance to score for 2-2. It was so clear, but we need to accept that. Everything in the last few games is against us.

“We need to be calm and trust, and work hard and be ready for the next game.”
Tottenham’s defeat to Leicester has led to further questions being asked of Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Spurs are currently in fifth place in the Premier League table, but they could slide down to seventh after tonight’s fixtures have been played.
