Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino was concerned with the team giving up chances.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has told the club website he has cause for concern despite the easy win over Southampton.
Spurs won 3-1 at Wembley, conceding a consolation goal in the last minute.
Pochettino believes a better opponent could have made his side pay, just like Arsenal did at the weekend.
He said: “In the second half we attacked really well but at 3-0 it was tough.
“I’m disappointed because in 30 minutes I think we conceded more chances than we did at Arsenal on Sunday – yet we won 3-1 and on Sunday, we lost 4-2.”
Southampton had more shots on goal than Tottenham, 18 to 13, although Spurs managed more on target, 8 to 5.

Tottenham had a scare last month against Wolves in similar circumstances after going 3-0 up and only winning 3-2.
Last night was much simpler, but if they continue to take their foot off the pedal in games where they are ahead, they could end up dropping points.
Pochettino’s comments underline that a defensive midfielder must be signed in January.
This should already have been clear from the defeat to Arsenal at the weekend.
Tottenham’s players did nothing to dissuade this last night, despite the strong scoreline.
