Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking to sign Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid.

If Tottenham Hotspur beat nine sides to the potential signing of Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid then it will prove just how appealing a side they now are to join.

ABC Sport claim that Arsenal, Liverpool, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Napoli, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Real Betis and Getafe all want Ceballos, but it is Tottenham who are leading the way.

Spurs are aiming to snap the £45 million-rated midfielder (AS) up on a season long-loan from Real Madrid, and it could be another statement signing from Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Spurs have started to compete with the very best on the pitch over recent years, but they are now beginning to battle with them off the field too.

Tottenham have been all too quiet in recent transfer windows, but the signing of Tanguy Ndombele seems to have kick started a new era at White Hart Lane.

With the new stadium built, Spurs are now working on spending money to strengthen their team.
