Reported Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool target Antonio Rudiger wants £200,000 per week as salary at Chelsea, according to The Athletic.
The Athletic have reported that Rudiger, linked with Antonio Conte’s Tottenham and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, is not looking for £400,000 per week to sign a new contract at Chelsea.
The 28-year-old central defender actually wants £180,000 to £200,000 per week.
Rudiger is out of contract at Chelsea at the end of the season.
Tottenham and Liverpool interest in Antonio Rudiger
Eurosport reported in October 2021 that Liverpool are interested in signing the Chelsea defender on a free transfer in the summer of 2022.
It was also Eurosport who reported only last week that Tottenham are putting forward a strong proposal for the defender.
Spurs plan to sign Rudiger on a free transfer in the summer of 2022.

Pay the money
If Rudiger wants £200,000 per week for his new deal, then Liverpool and Tottenham should pay it.
In our opinion, Rudiger would be value for money for £200,000 per week.
Remember, he would be a free transfer, so Tottenham and Liverpool would not have to pay any fee for him.
Rudiger is 28 now, so he is at the top of his game and would be able to make an immediate impact at Anfield or Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
