Tottenham are keen on signing Franck Kessie from Atalanta, but what could it mean for Moussa Sissoko.
SkySport Italia reported last week that Tottenham Hotspur have made a big offer for Atalanta midfield sensation Franck Kessie.
With Juventus hovering, Atalanta believe they could get an even better deal, and Tottenham are not the only Premier League side linked with the Ivorian.
If Spurs are successful in signing the talented 19-year-old, it could have repercussions for several of their star players.

Kessie is a central midfielder, who has scored five goals this season, and would compete with Dele Alli, Victor Wanyama, Moussa Dembele, and Eric Dier for a first team spot.
Tottenham would have considerable strength in depth, and Kessie fits the profile of player they are trying to sign, young, talented, dynamic, and with potential to develop into a top star.
The odd man out would be a player already on the fringes, Moussa Sissoko, who just signed in the summer.
Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko before the match
Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has bizarrely tried to convince himself and the player that Sissoko is a winger in order to fit him into the team, with disappointing results.
Kessie’s arrival would up the ante in terms of competition for places in central midfield, and leave Sissoko looking more and more like a summer panic buy, rather than part of Tottenham’s vision for the future.
The upcoming African Cup of Nations means Tottenham may not be able to sign Kessie until the summer due to his involvement, which could give Sissoko more time to prove himself.
