Tottenham Hotspur hero meets chairman Daniel Levy after recent criticism.
Last week Tottenham Hotspur hero Darren Anderton gave an interview in which he criticised the club for the manner of his departure.
Anderton, now 44, left Spurs in 2004 when he was released, with his spell at the club hampered by injuries.

Speaking to Stadium Astro’s official YouTube channel, Anderton said: “After 12 years I expected a little bit more loyalty.
“Daniel Levy? I never really got to the bottom of it. They offered a contract to Jamie Redknapp. I was furious about it. I’m sat there with an achilles that isn’t great and I’m not fit and I’ve basically been released after 12 years. They most certainly didn’t look after me.
“I said to Daniel, ‘how could you do that to me?’. And he was like, ‘just feels like maybe it’s time for you to move on and Jamie and Louise are really settled here’.
“‘What do you mean settled there,’ I said. They had been there a year, I had been there 12 years – was I not settled?.”

Perhaps in reaction to Anderton’s comments, Tottenham invited him down to the training ground, and commenting on Twitter yesterday afternoon, the former midfielder says he has buried the hatchet with Levy.
Anderton went on to sign with Birmingham City in 2004 where he stayed for just one season.
He then spent a year with Wolves before playing the final two seasons of his career with hometown club Bournemouth, where he bowed out by scoring a winning goal on his last game before retirement.
Anderton capped England 30 times, scoring seven goals, and was part of their Euro ’96 squad which reached the semi-final of the competition.
