A move to Tottenham Hotspur before the transfer window closes appeals to Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo.
That is according to a report from 90min.
It claims that Tottenham retain a strong interest in Tosin Adarabioyo and that the player likes the idea of joining the north London club.
Back in June, journalist Fabrice Hawkins reported that Fulham wanted around £13m for the 25-year-old.
It is not the highest valuation in this current market, but Adarabioyo is now into the final 12 months of his contract, so the Cottagers are not in the best negotiating position right now.
Tosin Adarabioyo could be a smart signing for Tottenham
Ange Postecoglou may need to sign cover for Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven, depending on what happens with Eric Dier and Davinson Sanchez.
If that does turn out to be the case, bringing in someone like Adarabioyo would make a lot of sense. At £13m, he would not cost too much, which is what you want if you are buying a third-choice centre-back.
He obviously knows the Premier League and has the height and stature to be a dominant defender in this division.

Standing at 6 ft 5, Adarabioyo is a giant. Aerially, he should make Spurs a stronger side.
With Postecoglou looking settled on Romero and Van de Ven right now, Adarabioyo will be aware that Tottenham would not be signing him to be a starter. But that does not appear to have put the former Manchester City player off.
All in all, then, it would not be a shock to see this move happen before the transfer window closes. But again, it may hinge on the futures of Dier and Sanchez. If they leave now, then Tottenham are going to have to dip into the market and recruit another centre-half like Adarabioyo.
