Tottenham Hotspur are now actively trying to sign Arthur Cabral from Fiorentina as a potential replacement for Harry Kane.

According to The Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Arthur Cabral from Fiorentina in the summer transfer window.

Spurs could lose Harry Kane this summer.

Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are reportedly determined to sign the England international striker.

If Tottenham sell Kane, then the North London club will look to sign “acquire someone younger, more energetic and ideally in the £20-30m bracket to compete with Richarlison”.

The Daily Mail has added that Tottenham are now actively trying to sign Cabral and have “asked about” a potential deal for the £39,000-a-week (SalarySport) Brazilian forward.

Arthur Cabral could struggle to replace Harry Kane at Tottenham Hotspur

In our opinion, Arthur Cabral may not be able to score the goals that Harry Kane does for Tottenham Hotspur.

In fairness, not many strikers would be able to do what Kane does for Spurs.

The England international is one of the best strikers on the planet and is genuinely world class.

Kane has scored 213 goals and provided 46 assists in 320 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.

Cabral is a good striker, but he is not at the level of Kane yet.

And perhaps the Brazilian striker will never get to the level of the Englishman.

Cabral made 15 starts and 13 substitute appearances in Serie A for Fiorentina last season.

The striker scored eight goals and gave one assist in those matches.

Cabral did well during his time at FC Basel.

The Brazilian scored 65 goals and gave 17 assists in 106 matches in all competitions for Basel

Tottenham will be determined to finish in the top four of the Premier League table next season.
