Ryan Sessegnon won’t be able to make his Tottenham Hotspur debut any time soon.

Tottenham Hotspur kick off their Champions League campaign against Olympiakos on Wednesday night – but they will be without Ryan Sessegnon again.
There has been some shock team news coming from Spurs, as Serge Aurier and Danny Rose – who started in Saturday’s 4-0 thrashing of Crystal Palace – haven’t made the trip to Greece.
They will be missed based on Saturday’s performance, and Rose’s absence at left back has been exacerbated by the latest news on Sessegnon.
Tottenham have confirmed that Sessegnon hasn’t travelled either, as he has complained about irritation in his existing hamstring injury.
It looked like the deadline day signing from Fulham was closing in on a Spurs debut, but he has seemingly suffered a setback having picked up his original injury at the Under-21 European Championships this season.
Sessegnon, 19, would have helped at left back with Rose out, but Ben Davies will now seemingly get the start in Greece on Wednesday night.

Spurs fans have been taking to Twitter to reply to the club’s tweet about Sessegnon’s injury, with some worried that he will never play for the club or could even be another Darren Anderton.
Others fear Sessegnon will be a dud, and has so far been a waste of money given that he hasn’t been able to make his debut yet, though others have slated the club’s medical staff for another lingering injury problem.
