Tottenham fans want Mauricio Pochettino to start Lucas Moura more

Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Lucas Moura against Manchester City.

Moura featured for Tottenham in the Premier League game against City at the Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday evening.

The 25-year-old winger did not start the match, but the Brazil international came on as a substitute in the 73rd minute, as the North London outfit lost 3-1.

Tottenham fans were impressed with the performance of Moura against City and want manager Mauricio Pochettino to start him more often from now on.

Lucas Moura is the answer for us. He runs at defenders very well and keeps the ball. He was a nuisance for the defenders for the 20 minutes he was on yesterday. We need players like Son and Lucas who run at defenders and take them on. Lucas needs to start against Brighton

Moura joined Tottenham from French giants Paris Saint-Germain in the January transfer window for a fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £23 million.

The Brazil international winger has yet to make a start in the Premier League and has made three substitute appearances in the league.

The 25-year-old, though, has started three FA Cup matches for Spurs, scoring one goal in the process.
