Tottenham fans have pleaded with manager Mauricio Pochettino to hand Kyle Walker-Peters just his third start for the north London giants as they face West Ham on Wednesday night.
Spurs welcome Slaven Bilic’s Hammers to Wembley in the last 16 of the Carabao Cup, in what is likely to be a hotly-contested affair between two London rivals.
The two sides have already faced each other this season, with Spurs securing a 3-2 win in an enthralling encounter that could have gone either way.
Walker-Peters, 20, made his debut for Spurs by replacing Kyle Walker in his side’s first game of the season, after Walker was sold to Manchester City.
The Spurs academy product earned the man of the match award during the 2-0 win, and has since started against Barnsley in the Carabao Cup as well as making a substitute appearance against Huddersfield.
Now, Spurs fans are desperate to see Walker-Peters for a fourth time and have taken to Twitter to persuade Pochettino into handing the exciting right-back another chance.
