Tottenham Hotspur are without several first team regulars in Cyprus.

Tottenham Hotspur supporters are urging Mauricio Pochettino to make an almost unprecedented call when he comes to name his team to face APOEL Nicosia on Tuesday.
The Tottenham head coach has had his options decimated by injury and suspension, with Christian Eriksen, Mousa Dembele, Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama, Erik Lamela, Jan Vertonghen and Dele Alli all missing in Cyprus.

Though inconvenient, ahead of a game their side could do with winning before next month’s meetings with group favourites Real Madrid, several Spurs fans believe the omissions could lead to an unexpected partnership being formed.
Pochettino has more often than not preferred to play only one recognised centre forward throughout his three-and-a-bit-year tenure in north London, even with big money signings such as Roberto Soldado and Vincent Janssen to call upon as well as talisman Harry Kane.

But it’s possible he could throw a curveball tomorrow night, and pair Kane and Fernando Llorente together for the very first time from the start.
It appears it would be a popular decision…
Could a Kane/Llorente partnership work for Tottenham?
