The Premier League game between Spurs and Crystal Palace will be the first competitive first-team game back at N17.

Tottenham Hotspur have divulged further information about the new stadium’s opening ceremony on Wednesday 3 April.
Following two test events – a Spurs Under-18 game and a Legends game – the first competitive first-team match to take place in N17 will be a Premier League fixture against fellow Londoners Crystal Palace which kicks off at 7:45pm.
In a statement on Tottenham’s official website, the club said general admission areas and premium areas will open at 4:45pm, three hours before kickoff, to give fans ample time to clear security and access the stadium.
“We really do encourage fans to make the necessary arrangements to ensure you can get to the stadium as early as possible on the night, bearing in mind busy weekday commuter travel times too,” read the statement.
The article also said that Spurs will be asking fans to take their seats for the match no later than 30 minutes before kickoff for the start of the ceremony itself, adding that further updates look set to be issued in the coming days.
Some Tottenham fans took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the latest updates, with some urging the club to get one of their most famous fans to perform at the ceremony:
