After months of delays, the stadium has successfully passed two test events with increasing levels of attendances needed for the club to achieve their safety certificate ahead of the ground’s major bow, complete with opening ceremony.
Thousands of Spurs fans will have already been to the ground, with an Under-18s game against Southampton and a Legends game against Inter Milan having taken place, but the big day will be when the first team finally takes to the pitch.
On Tuesday, with the clock ticking closer and closer to the big day, and specifically the big night, Tottenham’s official Twitter channel posted an emotional video featuring the stadium in all its glory, from multiple camera angles and complete with a stirring soundtrack, a sign that the dream is finally becoming reality.
