The Spurs and Dragons full-back was originally due to have a hernia operation but will now be in Ryan Giggs’ squad for their upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies has joined up with the Wales squad for their upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers after originally being ruled out through injury.
The 26-year-old Spurs ace was set to have a hernia operation, but will now be available for away games against Croatia on Saturday 8 June and Hungary three days later.
Davies was tabled in for the surgery after Tottenham’s Champions League final defeat by Liverpool last Saturday, in which he was an unused substitute.
A Wales FA statement on Tuesday read: “Ben Davies has joined up with the Wales squad this morning as his scheduled treatment has been postponed.”
According to BBC Sport, the full-back has played in pain during the 2018-19 season – in which he made 40 appearances (Transfermarkt) – and his rehabilitation is expected to take around six weeks following surgery.
Davies’s last appearance came in Tottenham’s final Premier League game of the season, the 2-2 draw at home to Everton, when he played the full 90 minutes.
