The Tottenham Hotspur attacker was surprisingly snubbed against Arsenal on Sunday.

Quite a few Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter are baffled as to why Mauricio Pochettino didn’t use Lucas Moura in Sunday’s 2-2 draw at Arsenal.
Both North London giants settled for a share of the spoils at the Emirates, though Pochettino’s side were 2-0 up at one stage.
The Tottenham boss introduced a rusty Dele Alli on the hour mark, before putting new signing Giovani Lo Celso in with 10 minutes remaining after Arsenal brought it back to 2-2.
But Spurs attacker Lucas, who played a massive role in Pochettino’s side reaching the Champions League final last term, never got a look-in.
The former Paris Saint-Germain winger also scored the Lilywhites’ equaliser at Manchester City last month with his first touch after coming off the bench.
And Tottenham fans are perplexed as to why Pochettino didn’t turn to him against the Gunners.
You can understand the fans’ frustration. Lucas probably would’ve influenced the game more than Alli, who hadn’t kicked a ball all season, and a Lo Celso who’s still adapting to English football.
It was a puzzling decision not to use him, but it’s worth pointing out that Pochettino is a superb football manager and there would’ve been a good reason.
