Samuel Umtiti is ineligible to face Tottenham Hotspur next month.

Tottenham Hotspur might have lost their Champions League opener to Inter Milan, but Mauricio Pochettino’s side will have something of a boost in their next European outing.
Spurs, who lost 2-1 to Inter at San Siro after conceding two late goals, will face a Barcelona side without Samuel Umtiti in defence for their next Group B outing on October 3.
The World Cup-winning French centre-back was sent off in Barca’s 4-0 demolition of PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday evening, rendering him suspended for the visit to North London in two weeks.
And here is how some Spurs fans reacted to the news:
The Lilywhites looked on course to get their Champions League campaign off to a winning start in Milan.
Christian Eriksen opened the scoring for the Premier League side, but a brilliant volley from Mauro Icardi saw Inter draw level on 86 minutes, before Matias Vecino snatched a stoppage-time winner for the Italian outfit.
Pochettino’s side have now lost three on the bounce for the first time in his four-year reign as Tottenham boss.
