West Bromwich Albion manager Alan Pardew has spoken highly of Daniel Sturridge, but is the Liverpool-owned striker as good as Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane?

Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to West Bromwich Albion manager Alan Pardew’s recent comments about Daniel Sturridge and Harry Kane.
The Baggies have signed England international striker Sturridge on loan from Premier League rivals Liverpool in the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old former Chelsea and Manchester City striker will remain at The Hawthorns until the end of the season.
West Brom manager Pardew has spoken highly of Sturridge, and has claimed that the Liverpool-owned striker is in the same category as Tottenham star Kane.

Pardew told Express & Star: You would have to put him in the same category as Harry Kane. Harry has had a great spell in terms of fitness and is at the top of his game. That’s understandable that he is probably ahead of Daniel.
“But Daniel has the potential, particularly against teams I think where you need goal, where you need to break them down, he has some individual flair that not many players can match.”

Kane is one of the best strikers in the world and is a key figure in the current Spurs team.
The 24-year-old has been banging in the goals left, right and centre for the North London outfit for the past three or so seasons, and is also the number one striker for the England international striker.
Sturridge is a quality footballer, but the Liverpool-owned striker has had injury issues for a while now and has failed to make a huge impression on Reds manager Jurgen Klopp.
Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Pardew’s comments about Sturridge and Kane – they are not impressed.
