Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want the 25-year-old defender this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter aren’t sold about the prospect of potentially signing Barcelona’s Nelson Semedo.
According to The Mirror, Spurs want to sign the Portuguese right-back this summer.
The 25-year-old joined Barcelona from Benfica in 2017 and has a release clause of around £88 million, according to Spanish outlet Sport.
Mauricio Pochettino might need a new right-back this summer amid speculation about Kieran Trippier leaving North London.
But Tottenham fans aren’t convinced that they’ll be able to sign Semedo, who started over 30 games for the Camp Nou side this past season across all competitions.
Here’s how Spurs supporters reacted:
Semedo, who is under contract until 2022, would be a fine addition but, as some Tottenham fans pointed out, it seems unlikely.
He is a relatively big player for Barca, who don’t sell their relatively big players for peanuts.
