Tottenham Hotspur will make a decision on Marcus Edwards’s future this summer.

The Evening Standard suggested on Monday that Marcus Edwards’s Tottenham Hotspur future is up in the air.
Edwards is widely considered one of the most talented youngsters at Tottenham but a failed loan spell at Norwich City last season, culminating in only six minutes of game time, indicates that there is a ways to go before the 19-year-old is ready for Tottenham’s first team under Mauricio Pochettino.
Writing in his book A Brave New World, Pochettino revealed last year that the youngster – who has made just the one senior appearance for Spurs – had some “behavioural problems” to iron out.
But it remains to be seen if Edwards gets further chances to iron them out after The Evening Standard indicated that his Lilywhites career hangs in the balance.

Here is how Tottenham fans reacted to the report:
Edwards is contracted to the North London club until 2020 and it’ll be interesting to see if Tottenham do offload him this summer.
On one hand it wouldn’t be a good look for Spurs if Edwards leaves and then fulfills his potential elsewhere, but at the same time, he is 19 and if he’s as talented as people make out then he should really be knocking on the door for first-team contention, though he seems a million miles from that level at the moment.
