Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly lining up a summer swoop for the Croatian winger.
According to a report from Italian media outlet Tutto Mercato Web, Tottenham are preparing a cut-price £21.4 million swoop for Inter Milan ace Ivan Perisic this summer, and some Spurs fans took to Twitter in response to the speculation.
The 30-year-old hasn’t had his most productive of campaigns for Inter this season, with just four goals and three assists to his name in 24 Serie A appearances, but he is still a top quality player, and has plenty left to offer at the very highest level.
Tottenham are undoubtedly in need of more experience, and the 78-capped Croatia international might be just the ticket for Mauricio Pochetitno’s side.
