Tottenham Hotspur are set to make Joe Hart their second signing of the summer, following on from the arrival of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
Jose Mourinho will no doubt have his eyes on other targets, and many are expecting a striker to arrive in North London.
Could Spurs sign another winger though? Lucas Moura endured a mixed season, and Erik Lamela’s future with the club looks a little uncertain.
Steven Bergwijn and Son Heung-min are more settled options, but reports recently linked Tottenham with a new winger addition.
Sport1 in Germany reported earlier this month that Tottenham sent scouts to watch Bayer Leverkuesn winger Leon Bailey in Europa League action against Rangers.
The 23-year-old notched seven goals and three assists for Leverkusen this past season, playing predominantly down the left flank though he can also cut in from the left side.
Jamaican international Bailey is quick and skilful, and would certainly add even more of a spark to the Tottenham attack if he did join.

Spurs fans have now noticed that Bailey was in London over the weekend thanks to the location on an Instagram post, and whilst he was likely seeing friends or merely visiting the capital following Leverkusen’s Europa League exit, that didn’t stop fans getting excited.
Fans believe that Bailey being in London may be because he’s in talks with Spurs, comparing the situation to that of Bergwijn in January, as there were quiet rumours about him before he suddenly arrived in London.
Given the global pandemic, some think Bailey would have only been in England for talks over a move, and would love to see him join this summer.
