Tottenham Hotspur reportedly want to sign the Juventus star.

Tottenham have been inked with a summer swoop for Juventus winger Douglas Costa, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato, and some Spurs fans took to Twitter in response to the speculation.
The 28-year-old joined Juve from Bayern Munich originally on loan in the summer of 2017, before making his move a permanent one the following summer for around £35.2 million, and he has gone on to rack up seven goals and 16 assists in 71 outings for the Turin outfit.
Costa would undoubtedly bring more competition to the attacking wide areas at Tottenham, but it is still up for debate as to whether he would actually improve Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
The Brazilian ace is extensively experienced, having won eight league titles during his spells with Shakhtar Donetsk, Bayern Munich and Juventus, and that kind of winning mentality would surely prove to be a huge asset for Spurs.

Some Tottenham fans don’t seem to be convinced by links with Costa, however, suggesting that their club have left it too late to move for the pacey winger…
