Tottenham are reportedly keen on Coutinho.

Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer for Coutinho, report The Times.
It’s claimed Spurs have submitted a loan bid for Coutinho, to try and prise him away from Barcelona for the season.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino knows Coutinho well, having worked with him previously at Espanyol.
Barcelona paid a club record £142 million for Coutinho in January 2018.
Inevitably he has struggled to live up to the high expectations prompted by such a high price tag.
Coutinho should have little problem re-adapting to the Premier League after his successful stint at Liverpool, and previous work with Pochettino.

However this is only one option available to Spurs, with Bruno Fernandes and Giovani Lo Celso still possible signings. Alternatively the club could just choose to stick with Christian Eriksen for the season.
Tottenham fans are unsure what to make of the Coutinho rumours.
