Lollichon has claimed that Spurs goalkeeper Lloris is overrated.

Chelsea goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon has told the Daily Mirror that he believes Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is not as good as Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Alphonse Areola – and some Spurs fans react on Twitter.
The 31-year-old stopper was sidelined for France’s two fixtures during the international break against Germany and The Netherlands due to a thigh injury, which also saw him miss Spurs’ last clash against Watford.
Lloris is still regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the world, especially after captaining France to lift the World Cup trophy this summer.
Lollichon, who has worked with Chelsea for more than a decade, claimed that he believes Lloris is overrated and reckons Areola is better than the 104-time international.
“People live in a dream world when it comes to Lloris a bit too much, but for me Areola is above,” Lollichon said.

“Against Germany, he was positionally very good and in his ability to come out. It’s the basis of all goalkeepers, but not everyone does it well. He’s pro-active in his anticipation.”
Spurs fans reacted to the Chelsea goalkeeping coach’s comments, slamming the Frenchman and stating that he is wrong in his view. One fan even Tweeted: “Most outrageous thing I’ve ever heard.”
