Tottenham Hotspur’s Christian Eriksen impressed for Denmark on Saturday.

Denmark rounded off their World Cup preparations with a 2-0 win over Mexico – and that man Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen played a big role in the victory.
Nothing could separate both sides for some 70 minutes in Brondby.
But the Tottenham magician set up Yussuf Poulsen for the opener, before Eriksen added a second himself three minutes later by casually slotting home a cushion.
On this form, the 26-year-old, who bagged a hat-trick in World Cup playoff win over the Republic of Ireland last year, could well light up the competition in Russia over the next month or so.

It emerged this week that Eriksen was worth around £93.1 million [CIES, Football Observatory] and here is how Spurs fans among others reacted to his latest heroics on Twitter.
The former Ajax star, who cost the North Londoners a modest £11 million back in 2013, is easily one of Tottenham’s most influential players, even though he may not get the credit of a Harry Kane or a Dele Alli.
