Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter are liking the rumour about signing a certain Blaise Matuidi.
Inter Live reported earlier this week that the Juventus midfielder was somebody who Tottenham were looking at as a Mousa Dembele replacement.
The Belgian midfielder moved to Chinese side Guangzhou R&F on Thursday.
Like Dembele, Matuidi, a World Cup winner with France, is a powerful midfielder and one who Spurs are reportedly looking at.

Having seen Dembele in action for the past six-and-a-half years, Tottenham fans will know that Dembele will leave a void – he has to.
But what a replacement Matuidi would be. He isn’t a long-term option, because the 31-year-old is actually two months older than the Belgian powerhouse, but he doesn’t have the same injury problems and therefore he could potentially be a dominant force in English football for longer than the former Fulham star.
Matuidi, who joined the Italian champions from Paris Saint-Germain, is contracted to Juve until 2020.
