According to The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur want to part-exchange Moussa Sissoko for Wilfried Zaha.

Spurs could throw different unwanted players into the mix, as they baulk at Crystal Palace’s £60 million valuation of the winger.

Sissoko was a bemusing, overpriced signing for Tottenham at the time, when they paid £30 million for him in 2016.

It was a move criticised at the time by fans and pundits and Sissoko has failed to prove them wrong.

Now seems the right time for Spurs to get rid of the midfielder, but they will not recoup the money they spent on a player who has lost his status as a France international.

Throwing him into a deal for Zaha would be smart for Spurs, but for Palace it probably is not too tempting.
