Reports claim Tottenham have agreed a fee for Giovani Lo Celso.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are hoping it is not a case of deja vu after reports emerged claiming a deal has been reached for Giovani Lo Celso.
The Daily Record’s Duncan Castles claims Spurs have finally agreed a fee with Real Betis to sign the Argentine.
The report claims Tottenham will pay around £55 million in total, which would mean Betis have lowered their previous asking price.
Spurs have been pursuing Lo Celso all summer without resolution.
Lo Celso was left out of Real Betis’ friendly game last night, a 1-0 win over Raja Casablanca.

Tottenham fans are hopeful, but at the same time sceptical whether this is really it.
A deal being done now would be great news, giving time to spare for other transfers ahead of Thursday’s deadline.
Tottenham have only added one player to last season’s squad, signing Tanguy Ndombele last month.
