Tottenham fans have been reacting on Twitter after watching Kyle Walker-Peters make a rare appearance during their FA Cup clash with Wimbledon on Sunday, and many were impressed by the youngster.
Mauricio Pochettino made a number of changes for the clash with the League One side, but kept a number of important players in the lineup to ensure that the Dons did not become the latest team to cause an upset in this year’s third round.

It looked like it may be a frustrating afternoon for Spurs however, as the hour-mark arrived with the game still goalless and the visitors coming closest up until that point when their first-half shot from the edge of the area was parried onto the bar by Michel Vorm.
Harry Kane came to the rescue though, scoring twice in little time before Jan Vertonghen made the game safe beyond doubt with a deflected long-range effort which found the top corner.

Tottenham will be in the hat for the fourth round and that was not the only positive that Pochettino will be taking from the performance, with Walker-Peters one of the fringe players to impress on the day.
The full-back was playing for just the fifth time this season, and he provided yet another indication of his quality and potential with his display at Wembley, and the supporters were delighted with what they saw, with some even suggesting that they would like to see the 20-year-old move above Kieran Trippier in the pecking order.
Here is the best of the reaction…
