A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans were extremely impressed by Jeroen Zoet’s display in their latest Champions League tie.

One of the main reasons that Spurs had to leave it so late to turn their Champions League tie with PSV Eindhoven around on Tuesday night was the performance of the visitors’ goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet.
Harry Kane managed to beat him twice in the latter stages of the game at Wembley to help keep Tottenham’s hopes of progressing out of the group alive. But in truth, the Netherlands international could have done little about either goal.
PSV were already extremely grateful to the stopper up until that point. And a number of Spurs fans have had plenty to say about his display on Twitter following the game.

In fact, there were a handful of Spurs fans on Twitter who suggested that Mauricio Pochettino should seriously consider selling Hugo Lloris and making a move for the 27-year-old.
Zoet has conceded just four league goals this term, and with Lloris not always showing his best form so far this season, it appears that some would not mind Pochettino targeting him if he can replicate his Wembley performance on a regular basis.

Here is the best of the reaction to Zoet’s display…
