Tottenham Hotspur prospect Jack Roles says he has landed a new deal.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted positively to promising youngster Jack Roles landing a new deal.
A picture emerged on social media of Roles putting pen to paper on an extension.
Roles’ deal had been set to expire this summer. Football London report he has penned a two-year deal.
He had an impressive season in the academy, scoring 15 goals in all competitions and providing eight assists.
Despite this, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has not been ready to give the attacking midfielder a first team opportunity, even when Dele Alli was out injured.

For Spurs it makes sense to keep Roles, providing there is a clear plan for him. This could involve a loan move. At 20-years-old, he needs to start playing competitive football, one way or another.
Letting him walk on a free would have been poor business sense from a normally very savvy club. The club’s decision is a wise move all round.
Here is a look at how Tottenham fans reacted on Twitter to the development…
