Tottenham defender Kyle Walker-Peters made his debut for the north Londoners this season.
Kyle Walker-Peters is reportedly interesting Swansea City over a potential loan move to Wales from Tottenham Hotspur ahead of the January transfer window – and Spurs fans have backed the move to bring the best out of the defender.
The Sun claim the 21-year-old right-back is a loan target for Swansea ahead of the January transfer window, with Spurs willing to allow the England Under-21 international to leave the club for the second half of the 2017-18 season.
The youngster made his Spurs debut and earned the man of the match award against Newcastle in Tottenham’s first game of the season, but is now behind Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier in the pecking order.
Making three senior appearances for the north Londoners this season, it appears Walker-Peters has done enough to catch the eye of Swansea boss Paul Clement.
Swansea have effectively used the loan market this season, bringing in Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham and Bayern Munich’s Renato Sanches on temporary deals.
Now, Clement is said to be looking to add a third loanee to his squad in a bid to avoid Premier League relegation come May 2018.
Tottenham fans have backed a loan move for their academy product on Twitter, with one fan even stating it is “now or never” for Walker-Peters to make an impact.
