Tottenham are said to be interested in Ajax hitman Kasper Dolberg.

Former Everton winger Andy van der Meyde has been quoted by Italian outlet CalcioMercato as saying that Tottenham are interested in signing Ajax striker Kasper Dolberg – and Spurs fans have backed any potential move to sign him.
The 20-year-old is considered one of Europe’s brightest prospects outside Europe’s top five leagues of England, France, Spain, Italy and Germany, as he continues to shine in the Dutch Eredivisie.

A four-time Denmark international, Dolberg shone last season at Ajax as the club fought their way to the Europa League final. Dolberg finished with impressive stats of 23 goals in 48 league and cup outings, adding eight assists too.
However, this season, Dolberg has struggled to continue his fine form, managing only nine goals in 30 games for Ajax as the club failed to mirror 16-17’s successes.

Dolberg is just another example of Ajax’s impressive youth academy, though, with Spurs seemingly profiting from the Dutch club’s industrious set-up. They have signed Davinson Sanchez, Christian Eriksen and Jan Vertonghen from the club.
Now, another name could be added to that list in the form of Dolberg, if van der Meyde is to be believed. Spurs fans have reacted with delight to the news they could sign the striker, with one fan suggesting a “swap for Vincent Janssen”.
