Spurs are reportedly rivalling Arsenal for Youssef Msakni.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly battling Arsenal and Marseille for Tunisian star Youssef Msakni after a superb 2017-18 campaign – but Spurs fan have questioned any potential move to sign him.
ESPN claim 49-time Tunisia international Msakni is a target for Spurs after a superb campaign in the Qatari Stars League with Al Duhail, where he has scored 25 goals in just 24 matches.

But Spurs are not alone in their interest. It is believed that Arsenal and Marseille are also keen on Msakni, who has been compared to Argentina superstar Lionel Messi by his national team boss Nabil Maâloul.
Msakni did not face England and missed out on a place in the Tunisia World Cup squad this summer after suffering a cruciate ligament injury prior to this summer’s tournament in Russia.

However, he remains a target for Spurs, Arsenal and Marseille despite his excellent form coming in the Qatari Stars League – with the quality of the division far below the standard of the Premier League.
Spurs fans are particularly worried by just that, questioning why Mauricio Pochettino would want a player that is yet to prove his worth in Europe. One fan said: “Martial or Msakni, I know who I’d rather have.”
