Tottenham fans of firm belief Manchester United ace Marcus Rashford is not in Harry Kane’s league.

Harry Kane bagged an impressive hat-trick at the weekend to move to within one goal of topping the Golden Boot charts.

The Tottenham Hotspur striker missed six weeks of action earlier this season through injury, but is already back in contention to be top scorer for the second year in succession.

Kane’s success has brought acclaim, and he is regarded among, or close to being, one of Europe’s elite strikers.

On Monday he spent time at a sponsorship shoot for Nike, along with Edinson Cavani of PSG, Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich, and Gonzalo Higuain of Juventus.

One other Premier League ace joined them, Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, who stood awkwardly on the edge of the promotion shot.

While Kane is in prolific form with 13 goals from 16 league games, Rashford has struggled, recently going 16 games without a goal before bagging a brace against Reading in the FA Cup. He does not have a Premier League goal to his name since September.

This season Cavani has 18 goals, Higuain 13, and Lewandowski 12.

Rashford, an England international and just 19, has just three league goals.

He has been played out wide to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic more often than he would like this season, limiting his goal threat, but Tottenham fans were quick to poke fun at his inclusion alongside the goalscorers in Kane’s tweet, asking what he was doing there.
