Tottenham Hotspur are chasing West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen – a player Mauricio Pochettino wanted during his time at Spurs.
The Independent report that Tottenham have joined Liverpool and West Ham in chasing Bowen ahead of the January transfer window.
Bowen has made a strong start to the new season and played a key role under David Moyes last term.
It seems inconceivable that West Ham would sell the winger any time soon, leaving Tottenham to regret missing out years ago…

Tottenham pursued Bowen during his time at Hull City. As one of the Championship’s top players, Bowen popped onto Tottenham’s radar.
Mauricio Pochettino was keen on a deal according to The Mirror in January 2019, but Tottenham waited and waited and waited some more.
A year later, West Ham had nipped in to sign Bowen.
Now an established Premier League player, Tottenham would face paying much, much more for Bowen now than if they had signed him under Pochettino.

Tottenham fans remember Pochettino wanting Bowen, and believe that the situation is now an ‘absolute joke’.
Spurs supporters believe Tottenham ‘bottled’ signing Bowen from Hull, and now it’s just too late.
Fans seem annoyed that Tottenham keep doing this; James Maddison was another case of Tottenham showing an interest, missing out and then being priced out down the line.
Others think that Tottenham need to wake up and realise that players won’t want to trade West Ham for Spurs right now.
