The Spurs talisman grabbed the winner against Los Blancos in the Audi Cup, with Tottenham’s pre-season going from strength to strength.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has taken to Twitter with a post-match tweet following the 1-0 Audi Cup semi-final win over Real Madrid.
Spurs booked their place in the final of the pre-season tournament after seeing off an uninspired Los Blancos side, with Eden Hazard effectively gifting Kane the ball in the first half to slot past Keylor Navas for the winner.
There were numerous positives for Tottenham in the game, such as young Oliver Skipp’s performance, while at right-back – a position up for grabs following Kieran Trippier’s departure – both Juan Foyth and Kyle Walker-Peters put in decent performances.
Here is what Kane wrote on Twitter and what some Spurs fans said in response to their talisman on social media:
Tottenham are back in action today as they face Audi Cup hosts Bayern Munich in the final, while Real will take on Fenerbahce, who lost 6-1 to Bayern in their semi-final.
Following an impressive season last time out, it’s looking good for Spurs this pre-season, having beaten Juventus in Singapore and then put in a good performance, albeit losing narrowly, against Manchester United in Shanghai.
As well as the performances, things are going well off the pitch, with the purse strings having been loosened this summer – as shown by Tanguy Ndombele and Jack Clarke’s signings – and of course the stunning new stadium back at N17.
