Toby Alderweireld did not feature for Tottenham Hotspur against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the London derby on Sunday.

Toby Alderweireld was left out of Tottenham Hotspur’s matchday squad against Chelsea on Sunday, and fans of the North London club on social networking site Twitter think that the Belgium international will leave in the summer transfer window.
Alderweireld is one of the best central defenders in the Premier League and is fully fit, but the Belgium international was not part of Spurs’ matchday squad against Chelsea.
Although the 29-year-old started for Belgium in the friendly international against Saudi Arabia last week, the former Ajax star missed the London derby at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
Tottenham, though, won without the centre-back, getting the better of Chelsea 3-1 in the Premier League game.

Alderweireld has not started a single Premier League match for Tottenham since October due to fitness concerns.
According to a recent report in The Mirror, Tottenham want around £55 million as transfer fee in order to sell the former Atletico Madrid star in the summer transfer window.
Chelsea, Manchester United and Barcelona all are reported to be interested in the Belgium international defender, who Spurs fans believe is set to leave Tottenham following manager Mauricio Pochettino’s decision to leave him from the matchday squad against the Blues on Sunday.
