The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder could have won the game against Liverpool yesterday, but missed a great chance.

Tottenham ace Moussa Sissoko suggested that he blames himself for his side’s defeat to Liverpool, and some Spurs fans took to Twitter in response to his comments.
The north London outfit lost 2-1 to Liverpool at Anfield yesterday, despite dominating the second-half, and they could have quite easily won the game, had Sissoko not fluffed his lines when presented with a superb goalscoring opportunity late on.
The France international suggested that he blamed himself for Tottenham’s defeat after the game, and many Spurs fans replied to his remarks on Twitter…
Sissoko joined Tottenham from Newcastle United on transfer deadline day in the summer of 2016, and despite initially struggling to settle in north London, he is now considered as somewhat of a fan favourite at the club.
The Frenchman, 29, has played a key role for Spurs this season, with Mousa Dembele leaving the club in January, and many of Mauricio Pochettino’s regular midfield starters missing large chunks of the season through injury.
And Tottenham fans will be hoping that having had time to reflect, Sissoko isn’t quite as critical of his performance at Anfield yesterday.
