Bundesliga duo Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund reportedly want to sign Troy Parrott from Premier League strugglers Spurs.

The very last thing that Tottenham Hotspur fans wanted to hear right now is that their most exciting academy prospect since a certain Harry Kane could be on his way out of North London.
According to 90Min, the Bundesliga’s biggest and best are sniffing around for one of English football’s rising stars once again with Troy Parrott potentially about to follow in Jadon Sancho’s footsteps.
Now, Parrott may be just 17 years of age without a single Premier League appearance to his name but anyone who watched the teenager in action during pre-season will tell you that he is a striker with a maturity well beyond his years.

Parrott looked more than comfortable against the likes of Manchester United, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich but, for whatever reason, Mauricio Pochettino hasn’t given him a chance against Watford, Brighton or Newcastle. The Republic of Ireland U21 star has featured just once all season – and that came against Colchester United in the EFL Cup.
But the fact that Bayern and Dortmund are interested speaks volumes about Parrott’s potential. And after seeing both Keanan Bennetts and Reo Griffiths slip through their grasp in the past year, Parrott’s premature departure would be a blow the club really doesn’t need right now.
